Refund policy

Refund Policy

At Koober, all transactions made with Koob tokens or through the Koober platform are considered final and non-refundable. However, limited exceptions apply under the following conditions:

1. Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment, Koober will review the transaction and process a refund for the duplicated amount after verification.

2. Self-Restriction Payments

If a user has applied self-restriction on their account and makes a payment during that restriction period, Koober will review the case and may issue a refund after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect wallet address provided by the user

  • Loss of access to a wallet or private keys

  • Market fluctuations or changes in token value

  • Any transactions not covered under the conditions above

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted to [Insert Support Email/Contact Form].

  • Users may be required to provide transaction details for verification.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original wallet used for payment.

5. Policy Updates

Koober reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
